Perhaps, the most controversial piece includes the development of a pay for performance piece where teacher effectiveness is measured.  CMAE needs to hear its members' concerns, questions, and issues regarding this proposal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This blog is intended to allow for members to share their thoughts.
